Meanwhile the good local crews are up a tree all day, not answering phones. We sit in the middle: homeowners get a fast answer, and working crews get jobs in the towns they already serve.
How we're paid
The professionals in our network pay us for the connection — like a finder's fee. That's the whole business model, and it's why the service is free to you. It also means we only get paid when we send real work to real crews, so wasting your time with junk callbacks helps nobody, least of all us.
What we look for in a crew
Insured for tree work (not just general landscaping), experienced with rigging and removals — not just cleanup — and responsive. The valley has excellent crews; our job is putting them in front of you faster than the phone-tag method does.
